This option includes full online course access to your selected Cultural Mastery course. It includes one (1) 911 call which can be used up to one year after date of enrollment. These calls are intended to coach students who have a serious cultural need to address. The live Q&A sessions are held by course Ricardo González, the author of The 6 Stages of Cultural Mastery.

This program is designed for executives who need the privacy and security of a coaching relationship to work through deep cultural matters in their life and organization. No leader is immune from committing a serious cultural mistake that could severely damage both their career and organizational brand. Coaching calls are 30 minutes in length once weekly for eight weeks. In addition, three (3) 911 calls are provided.

This fee covers enrollment for six (6) people who, in addition to all the course benefits listed above, will also meet one hour weekly via a Zoom® secure and password protected video conference. This is a very rich experience but does require all participants to maintain integrity as it relates to both privacy and punctuality in making the scheduled sessions. A "Safe-Zone Agreement" is signed by all participants.
