John is an experienced Academic Director with a demonstrated history of working in the sport and entertainment industry and higher education. He worked for 20 years leading professional sports teams and major entertainment events while teaching at the university level. Skilled in Strategic Planning and Management, Training and Educating, Sales and Marketing, Event Management, Team Building, and Coaching ownership and executives at all levels. John is a strong administrative professional with a Master's degree focused in Sport Management from the University of Oklahoma.
Justine GonzálezFounder and Principal, EducatorAide Founding Board Member - MCSS
Justine has served as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator. After teaching and coaching in Indianapolis Public Schools, she was accepted to the nationally acclaimed New Leaders Principal Residency program in Chicago. Afterward, she served as an administrator in Chicago Public Schools' turnaround network, AUSL. Following her time in Chicago, she became a founding Principal for a network of schools focused on adjudicated youth in Indianapolis. Within one year, she was promoted to serve as a Regional Director (Superintendent) for 10 high school campuses across Indiana. She is also a founding board member of Midwest Center for Social Services.

Randy is the founder and President of LeadersEdge 360 based in Scottsdale, AZ. He is also a professional member of the National Speakers Association.

She is also a Senior Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors. Veronica leads the Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection (MPC) as Program Director. In 2018, she received the distinction of "Top 50 Most Influential Latinos in Georgia" by the GHCC, in 2017 "40Under40" Atl Mover and Shaker by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and is a 2016 Graduate of Leadership DeKalb’s Class of 2016. Dr. Jae RichardsonCultural Mastery Senior Consultant
Dr. Richardson directs and manages training programs that focus on leadership development, team building, strategic planning, personal development coaching, career development, staff development training, and talent acquisition. Jae is a former Marine and undercover police detective in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Within the penitentiary system, he has served as a chaplain, teaching and counseling inmates, teaching and counseling indigent drug abusers assisting them with skills to regain their lives and reenter the real world. Dr. Richardson has written a book called “Structured 4 Success”. He has a BA degree and a Masters degree from Campbell University, and a Doctrine of Divinity from Roanoke Theological Seminary.

Mariela Romero is a multi-Emmy award-winning communications professional with over 25 years of experience in journalism, public relations and broadcast television. Currently working as Regional Community Empowerment Director for Univision Atlanta, Philadelphia and Raleigh. In 2018 she was named by the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce one of the 50 most influential Latinos in the State. Mariela is also an accomplished song writer, with several featured in independent films and television; earning her a nomination in the Latin Grammy’s.
